Must Work Hard....

Have been very lazy lately. Not doing much except watching shows, playing Hanjie, and reading very very very little.

Guess I had better continue where I stopped... my crafts. Got to work fast on at least 2 projects - the cross stitch piece of "Knock and the door will be opened to you" and my bag with smocking details.

The cross stitch piece is slightly more tricky because I'm using 3 strands on a 22-ct using 4 squares as 1. Must make sure the tension is just right and the floss falls nicely over the squares.

As for the bag, I'm having problem with the gathers, hence I left it aside for quite a while. Well, time to pick it up and do it again.

What inspired me to work harder is this armless pianist - Liu Wei. He's in the media today and I believe everyone would have heard of him. He's the winner in this year's China Talent Show. He lost his arms at the age of 10 but he did not give up. He can play the piano beautifully with his toes. It's not an easy feat. So, after seeing his determination, I told myself I must work harder. I don't wish to be a NATO (No Action, Talk Only).
